Our Service Policy

Fresh Kicks Tampa provides professional cleaning services by appointment only to maintain quality and consistency for every client.

  • Appointments

    All cleanings must be booked through our online system. Walk-ins are not accepted unless confirmed by management.

  • Turnaround Time

    Standard services: 2–5 business days. Rush or Same-Day Service available for an additional fee.

  • Drop-Off & Pickup

    Customers will receive text/email confirmation upon completion. Please pick up within 7 days to avoid storage fees.

  • Payment

    All payments are processed securely through Square. Deposits may be required for certain bookings.

  • Waiver

    Clients must acknowledge the Fresh Kicks Tampa cleaning waiver before service begins. We are not responsible for prior damage, manufacturer defects, or results limited by the shoe’s preexisting condition.

  • Transport Disclaimer

    For customers using pickup/delivery, Fresh Kicks Tampa is not liable for damage or loss during third-party transport.
